O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 3 to 6.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the house which was constructed in Natham Survey No.260/10 and the petitioner is living there for the past 20 years, he has been paying house tax and other taxes, the respondents 3 to 6 have no right over the property and they are making threat based upon which he has sent a representation dated 24.07.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10458 of 2021 a landlord and tenant dispute in respect of which the petitioner as well as the private respondents have lodged complaints. The petitioner has sent a complaint through post on 28.07.2021. CSR No.97 of 2021 has been assigned and the same has been closed on the same day. Thereafter, the fourth respondent has given complaints and CSR.Nos.64 and 125 of 2021 have been assigned and the said complaint have also been closed since it is purely a civil dispute and a civil suit in O.S.No.127 of 2015 is pending and no other dispute exists between them and a direction was issued to the parties to work out their remedy before the civil court before which the suit is pending.

4. In view of the submissions made the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing remains for consideration or direction in this petition and there is no question of granting police protection in the facts and circumstances of the case. Hence, this petition is disposed of.
