ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 1/4
2. The petitioner alleges that in respect of the property, of which, he is the title holder, an act of impersonation has been committed by the second respondent. Hence he gave a petition before the first respondent for declaring the document executed by the second respondent as fraudulent. It is stated that the enquiry has already been conducted. The second respondent has already been put on notice. It is stated that the final report will be filed within a period of eight weeks.
3. Recording the said submission, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
