This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.According to the petitioner, based on the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.5734 of 2025, dated 04.03.2025, the petitioner is co-operating for enquiry. However, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by one Vanitha, an FIR has been registered as against the petitioner and already this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent 2/5

police for enquiry, through order dated 04.03.205 in W.P(MD)No.5734 of 2025. Based on that, enquiry is under progress. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. 4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment and only for enquiry purpose they have called the petitioner and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition, recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. 30.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
