PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioners and their family members. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioners and their family members.

2.According to the petitioner, due to temple dispute, the private respondents causing threat to the petitioner, therefore, the petitioners have sent a representation and the 2nd respondent has assigned CSR No.584 of 2025, thereafter, the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and they have forwarded the same to the concerned Tahsildar. After receipt of report from the Tahsildar, 2/5

they will take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the representation of the petitioner is pending before the Tahsildar, this Court is hereby directs the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with the report of the Tahsildar, in accordance with law. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
