Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in G.O.(D) No.131 dated 26.05.2021 and the 2nd respondent vide his impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.47298/D4/2020 dated 31.05.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service along with all other benefits within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER : This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.VENKATESH KUMAR, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- The main relief and the interim relief sought in this Writ Miscellaneous Petition are one and the same and therefore, the same cannot be granted.
