By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The writ petitioner has made a representation dated 08.06.2020 to the first respondent General Manager- Admin, Tamil Nadu Grama Bank. Salem for settling the terminal benefits to the petitioner. So far, no orders have been passed. Hence the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition before this Court.
3. According to the learned counsel for the respondents, the first respondent is the competent authority to dispose of the representation.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2020 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
