ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Mr.AN.Ramanathan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Further, the learned Counsel submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 19.07.2021, passed by the second respondent under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, within a period of 30 days from the date of the order. Further, the learned Counsel submitted that till the completion of 30 days time, the respondents may be directed to maintain status quo.

2. Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that such liberty may be granted and the respondents shall maintain status quo till the completion of 30 days time from 19.07.2021.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 19.07.2021, passed by the second respondent under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and till completion of 30 days from 19.07.2021, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo.
