************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.04.2017, requesting the Revenue authorities and the Public Works Department to take action for removal of encroachment made in the property in Survey No.128, Kurayur Village, Kundaru Division, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. Since, follow up action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 05.04.2017, in the light of the

proceedings dated 19.04.2017 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, Madurai.

3. It is needless to point out that notice should be given to the alleged encroachers before passing orders by the second respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
