Prayer in CRL OP(MD) No.4222/ 2019 :

To issued a direction directing the respondent no.4 to withdraw the case in Cr.No.53 of 2019 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C on the file of respondent no.5 dated 07.02.2019 and entrust the same respondent no.3 for an investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the petitioner and of Mr.T.LAJAPATHIROY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for filing final report fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4222 of 2019, dated 19.02.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side) would submit that now the investigation is almost over and final report will be filed within three months.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side), the time for filing final report before the concerned Court is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
