ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 24.06.2022 and 28.10.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam in D.NO.284/2023, Dated 10.02.2023, seeking further extension of 6 months time for dispose of the case in C.C.No.214/2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.214 of 2021. 2.This Court, by order, dated 24.06.2022 directed the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.214 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below seeks further six months time to dispose of the said case.
