ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.42 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent Police.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that during investigation they have found that the petitioner herein is innocent and he is no way connected with the alleged offence and therefore, they have deleted his name from the FIR. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the petitioner is not an accused in Cr.No.42 of 2023, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
