O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2020 within the time limit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner parted his valuable land to the third respondent corporation. At the time of purchase, third respondent assured to provide job to their institution. However, the same was not extended to the petitioner's family,

thereby the petitioner made representation on 22.07.2020. No order was passed. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation was rejected on 26.11.2020. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to challenge the order. Without challenging the same, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
