ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the registering authority from registering any document in respect of the petition mentioned land. It is seen that the petitioner had already filed a suit before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti on 28.04.2023. 3.The trial Court is directed to number the suit immediately after the Court re-opens. Interlocutory application filed by the petitioner will also be numbered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. In 2/4
fact, the petitioner need not have any cause for worry. Since he has already filed the suit on 28.04.2023, any subsequent developments will necessarily abide by the outcome of the suit. 4.With this observation and direction to the Court below, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
