O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.515 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in the abovesaid case and the case was registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on 02.04.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that since there was misappropriation as well as cheating, investigation has not been undertaken in the proper manner so far. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that so far 8 witnesses have been examined and major portion of investigation is also over and within 3 months the respondent will complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Recording the undertaking given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt a copy of this orders. 5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
