************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition directing the respondents to take action to close the TASMAC shop located at No.64, South Masi Street, Madurai.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner to the District Collector, Madurai District, was forwarded to the District Manager, TASMAC, Madurai, the third respondent. The District Manager has passed an order dated 27.06.2017, stating that the shop in question is not located near educational institutions and it is beyond 500 kms from the Highways.

3. In view of the subsequent events, there is no question of issuing a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 27.06.2017, if he is still aggrieved.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
