O R D E R

This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to not to harass the petitioner at the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is civil in nature. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and already the second respondent has also denied the alleged harassment and conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent and the same was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication.
