ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend time limit for a further period of 10 days in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16473 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023.

2. Mr.C.M.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at the time of passing order, the petitioner was at Dubai. Hence, he was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 26.09.2023. Accordingly, he 1/3

seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 16473 of 2023, dated 26.09.2023.

3.Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 30.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 16473 of 2023, dated 26.09.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
