ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tuticorin, to expedite and complete the Trial in D.V.No. 50 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner filed domestic violence petition against the respondents and the first respondent filed a divorce petition in O.P.No.143 of 2020, before the Family Court and the same was dismissed for default. He further stated that the first respondent is not paying monthly maintenance to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tuticorin, is directed to dispose of the case in D.V.No. 50 of 2019, within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
