ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.174 of 2024, which was registered against him, for the offence 1/4

under Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2024 was completed and final report was also filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.259 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any ground. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
