ORDER
This writ petition is filed, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the the respondent to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner based on the representation dated 11.09.2020 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has executed a power of attorney in favour of her father, namely, Nanthu K.Patel through a registered General Power of attorney bearing Document No.48 of 2016 dated 06.04.2016. Thereafter the petitioner's father purchased a land in Survey No.47/1 to an extent of 3 Acres situated at Panchapur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichirappalli District, from one Sivakumar through two registered sale deeds bearing Document Nos.3184/14 and 3204/14 dated 25.07.2014 and 28.07.2014 respectively. Eventhough the petitioner's father has purchased the property in the year 2014, he has not obtained Patta in his name. W.P.(MD)No.15122 of 2020 father made an application on 16.02.2018 to the respondent for seeking patta in favour of the petitioner. But the respondent has not taken steps to issue patta in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner's father made a representation dated 11.09.2020 to the respondent. So far no action has been taken on his representation. In such circumstances, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2020 and pass orders in accordance with law and in the light of the directions given by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.14135 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition, is disposed of. No costs.
