ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 09.06.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR.No.190 of 2022 has been assigned and for the same, the respondent police conducted an enquiry. After that, for verification, the alleged signature has been forwarded to the passport 2/4

office. Further, he stated that the enquiry is pending. 3.In view of the above, the fourth respondent police is directed to take suitable action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
