The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.62 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having three previous cases and A2 and A3 have already been arrested and they are still in judicial custody. 3.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and the status of the other accused, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
