O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the petitioner's brother Annadurai, S/o.Perumalthevar, Life Convict No.20585 from Trichy Central Prison to Puzhal Central Prison, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a communication dated 06.05.2016 sent by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Trichy to the Superintendent, Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai, calling for the remarks of the latter on the representation dated 25.04.2016 submitted by Annadurai, Life Convict No.20585 for transferring him from Trichy to Puzhal, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, the Superintendent, Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai is directed to send the remarks as called for by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Trichy on the representation dated 25.04.2016 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after receipt of the remarks, appropriate orders can be passed by the concerned authorities on the representation of the petitioner.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
