ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2886 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.283 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.
4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police once in a month (i.e., on the 1st working day of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
