********** By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to expeditiously complete the enquiry in T.R.No.7 of 2013.

3.Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Alaga Thevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.166/2B, 166/4A and 166/4B and she is in possession and enjoyment of the said property. While so, one Chinnakaruppan filed a petition before the respondent in T.R.No.7 of 2013 claiming tenancy rights. The petitioner opposed the petition and also produced evidence in support of her case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the respondent has heard the arguments in T.R.No.7 of 2013 on

30.03.2015, but, so far he has not passed any orders and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 6.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to pass orders in T.R.No.7 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
