This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.94 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent. 1/4

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the F.I.R was closed as mistake of fact. Against which, a protest petition was filed by the defacto complainant, which is pending before the trial Court, so, the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
