To call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence passed in S.C.No.267 of 2019 dated 21.12.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.BALAKARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner was already granted interim bail vide order dated 26.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5498 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.112 of 2023.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that some more tests have to be conducted for the petitioner and hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. We are satisfied with the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit. The interim bail earlier granted is extended https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7413 of 2023 till 09.06.2023. The petitioner shall positively surrender on the evening of 09.06.2023. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh application for bail. Registry shall not entertain any petition for extension of time.

4. This criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed on these terms.
