The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation, dated 12.09.2016 and settle the due amount.

2.According to the petitioner, he supplied sanitary materials to the 2nd respondent to the tune of Rs.4,59,980/- and thereafter, requested the 2nd respondent to settle the dues. Since the amount was not paid, he made representations, dated 12.09.2016 17.10.2016. Despite the same, neither the 2nd respondent paid any amount, nor sent any reply. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on records. 4.Considering the nature of the prayer sought in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.09.2016 and pass suitable orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. No costs.
