This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to necessary action by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 26.12.2024 to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2024 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of Page No. 2 of 4
