Respondents Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2353/2016/H1, dated 30.09.2016, passed by the first respondent, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity with all benefits.
