This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10959 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that due to personal reasons, he could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10959 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 till 22.05.2026. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
