Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in the designation of third respondent in Na.ka.No.436/A1/2017 dated 19.05.2017 quash the same and forbear the respondents 1 to 3 herein from conducting any enquiry for cancellation of registered Wills dated 28.12.2016 vide Doc.Nos.81, 82 and 83 of 2016 on the file of Joint Sub Registrar, Madurai (North), on the complaint of fourth respondent to decide title of parties.
