ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to conduct an enquiry and spot inspection into the 7th Respondent stone quarry and blue metals situated at S.F.No. 462/6A and 6B, Akilandapuram Village, Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation to the official respondents on 25.03.2026. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2,4 & 6 submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed, after conducting due enquiry and in accordance with law, within a time frame.

4. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents 1 to 6 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
