Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to revise the petitioner's terminal benefits including gratuity, leave salary, commutation, pension and all other attendant retiral benefits by extending pay revision at the rate of 5.5% of petitioner's basic pay and grade pay with effect from 01.09.2013 and to settle arrears of difference in terminal benefits to petitioner's together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum based on the said settlement.

2.The petitioner has submitted that the first respondent Corporation is bound to implement the revised pay fixation applicable to the petitioner in terms of the settlement under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, dated 13.04.2015. 3.Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2017 in the light of the settlement under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, dated 13.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
