O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents herein to release the petitioner Poliro pickup bearing Registration No.TN 55 S 1494 and within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.This issue has been decided by this Court in a comprehensive order dated 29.10.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.19936 of 2017, wherein we have held that the remedy lies only before the jurisdictional Court and pursuant to the private complaint given by the Revenue Officials. In fact the subsequent writ petitions were dismissed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same line. In such view of the matter we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. We make it clear that the earlier order passed by the Division Bench of this Court will have to be kept in mind at the time of considering the request of release of vehicle by the Court concerned.
