This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2024 to remove the name of the fourth respondent while filing charge sheet before the competent Court in Crime No.17 of 2024 dated 19.01.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.17 of 2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent is not an accused in Crime No.17 of 2024 and he has sent a representation before the respondent police and the same has not been considered sofar. 3.In view of the above, the respondent police is expected to conduct a fair investigation and find out the truth in the allegation made in this representation. In any event, if the fourth respondent is not having any role in the FIR, it is the duty of the respondent police to remove the name of the fourth respondent at the time of filing the final report. 2/4
