O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner wife to withdraw the O.P.No.18 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Theni and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai.

2. The Wife is pleading hardship since she is now residing with her parents at Aruppukottai. The learned Counsel for the respondent husband would submit that he is working in Chennai and if the matter is transferred to Madurai, it would be convenient for both.

3. The respondent husband is working in Chennai, therefore, it will be more suitable for him if the case is transferred to the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai, rather than the Family Court, Madurai. In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
