This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 14781 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 15721 of 2025 dt. 16.10.2025. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation in this case is completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
