ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for TANGEDCO submitted that if the petitioner submits a fresh application indicating the new route through which lines can be drawn, the respondents are ready to consider the same. It is of course subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities.

2.Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
