ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 I.P.C. in Crime No.355 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant who was going on the road, the petitioner has robbed the cell-phone of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases.

CRL OP(MD). No.11249 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the overt act attributed against the petitioners and considering the fact that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
