This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Cr.M.P. No. 1377 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, 2/5

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offences and the rival submissions made by either side, the condition imposed by the learned learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Cr.M.P. No. 1377 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026 by directing the petitioners to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders, is onerous and hence, the same is modified to the effect that ● the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;

● the other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
