Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents to establish the TASMAC shop in and around of Valayankulam Village Panchayat, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District and to consider the representation given by the people belongs to Valayankulam Village, dated 17.06.2017.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents not to open TASMAC shop in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Additional Advocate General, has taken notice for the respondents.

establishing TASMAC shop in the place mentioned in the petition. 4.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents, this Court feels that the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition unnecessarily and therefore the same deserves to be dismissed.
