2.The petitioner challenges issuance of license in favour of the eighth respondent. It is not in dispute that the said license has not been subsequently renewed. Nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.This writ petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
