The petitioner has filed a complaint before the respondent police with regard to a missing document, however, the respondent police has not taken any action on her complaint and therefore, she has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the genuineness of the complaint has to be ascertained and then only, they will issue the certificate as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
