Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant necessary permission and provide adequate police protection for conducting Musical Programme scheduled to be held on 29.06.2017 at 06.00 am., to 07.00 pm., and Thirai Isai Patti Mandram on 30.06.2017 at 07.00 pm., to 12.00 pm., and children cultural programme on 01.07.2017 at 07.00 pm., to 12.00 pm., and Social Drama on 02.07.2017 at 07.00 pm., to 12.00 pm., and College Student Cultural Programme on 03.07.2017 at 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., and Aadal Padal Programme on 04.07.2017 at 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., and Musical programme on 05.07.2017 at 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., and Musical Programme on 06.07.2017 at 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., and Musical Programme on 07.07.
2017 at 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., and Temple Car festival musical programme on 08.07.2017 at 07.00 pm., to 12.00 p.m., as part of the Temple festival of Arulmighu Sri Arasamarathu Vinayagar Thirukovil from 29.06.2017 to 08.07.2017 at Koodankulam, Tirunelveli District with loud speaker on the basis of the representation dated 13.06.2017.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting programmes in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.It is seen from the records that on 13.06.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 13.06.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
