ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to permit the petitioner to write first year final MBBS Exam by issuing hall ticket to the petitioner and consequently to publish the results.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on all sides.
3. Along with this petition, W.M.P(MD)No.8837 of 2017 has been filed seeking an interim direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to permit the petitioner to write the first year final MBBS Exam by issuing hall ticket to the petitioner. This Court, after hearing the detailed and elaborate argument as well as considering the facts and circumstances, has passed an order on 13.07.2017 in W.M.P(MD)No.8837 of 2017 in W.P(MD)No.11479 of 2017, which is extracted as under:
"8. Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to write the first year final examinations. In that view, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to permit the petitioner to write first year final M.B.B.S. Examination by issuing Hall Ticket to the petitioner, however, the result of the petitioner shall not be published. It is also made clear that permission granted to the petitioner to write M.B.B.S first year final examination will not confer any right on the petitioner and she shall not claim any equity in future."

The learned Counsel for the petitioner now submitted that pursuant to the said direction, the respondents 1 & 2 had permitted the petitioner to write the first year final examinations and further submitted that as directed by this Court, the third respondent returned all the original certificates to the petitioner and the same have been submitted to the first respondent / Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University by the petitioner.
5. Such submission is not refuted by the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and he fairly submitted that the first respondent University is now inclined to publish the results of the petitioner.
6. Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the first respondent / Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
