ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 40(1), 40(2), 40(2A), 44(1), 49-A and 49-B of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 in WL.O.R.No.2 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Forest Department seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that during the patrol at Kodaikanal, the respondent police seized four numbers of tiger teeth and four numbers of tiger nails from the first accused in this case. CRL OP(MD)No.10715 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in yet another offence which is similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
