ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.379 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9006 of 2021 was dismissed as against this petitioner on 15.07.2021, on the ground that apart from this case, the petitioner is involved in five other cases.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that two cases have already been disposed of and three other cases are only pending against this petitioner.

4. There is no change of circumstance. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
