RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Interim Direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to travel to and from Saudi Arabia without adhering to the Look-out circular notice issued against the petitioner in Crime No.3/2003 on the file of the 3rd respondent, pending disposal of the WP(MD) No.22036 of 2016. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.SHAJI CHELLAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.P.KRISHNADOSS, Government Advocate for R1 and R3 and of MR.K.R.
LAXMAN, Advocate for R2, while admitting the writ petition, the Court made the following order:- The writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to withdraw and revoke the Look-out Circular notice issued in Crime No.3 of 2003 on the file of the third respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.KR.Laxman, appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In W.P.No.20656 of 2016 after elaborately considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court directed the respondent therein to hand over the passport of the petitioner to enable him to go to Saudi Arabia. Despite the order, the petitioner is not able to travel due to issuance of the look-out circular notice.
4. In the above circumstances, there shall be an interim direction as prayed for.
