The petitioner has filed this Petition to direct the respondents not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was called for enquiry in Crime No.144 of 2024, which has been registered under Section 394 of IPC. The petitioner is the father of A2 and A2 is absconding. In order to find out whereabouts of A2, they have called the petitioner for an enquiry. Since the petitioner has filed this application, they would call the petitioner for enquiry by issuing summon to him.

3. Recording the submissions, this Petition is closed and with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigating agency and the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner unnecessarily without any materials.
